Who is Nadia?
Born and raised in Alpine, TX, the eclectic, Nadia Symone is known for the many hats she wears in life. She’s a United States Army Veteran, a single mother of two toddlers and a student attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to obtain her bachelor’s degree in broadcasting.

You can listen to her live on Sunday Nights for an hour at 8pm hosting the Collegiate Connection, right after Kenneth Boudreaux’s Teen Talk Show, Holla Back.
Radio experience.
In her two years in radio, Nadia has spent much time under Program Director, Jackson Brown’s wing as his personal assistant, learning and understanding the industry from a “behind the scenes” perspective. She is also the producer of two radio talk shows, The Community Hour on KNEK and the Holla Back show on Q95.5.

Role Models?
When it comes to role models, Nadia Symone says she’s very motivated by God and by the women in her life such as her mother and sisters, the Queens of perseverance. But as she journeys through her time in media, she looks up to people like Jackson Brown, Rock 93.7s Program Director, Jace Edwards, Steve Harvey and Oprah. When she’s not on the air, Nadia enjoys spending time with her family, doing karaoke, writing, working with her hands, cooking and sleeping when possible.
