Prizes must be picked up within 10 business days of the actual win date.

Event tickets must be picked up by 5:00pm the day of or Friday before a weekend event.

Contest winners must present a valid photo ID or driver's license.

Information on the photo ID must match information on the prize sheet.

A release form must be signed by the prize winner or person picking up the prize.

If the actual contest winner requests someone else to pick up a prize, (not including cash or trips) the person pick up prize must have a copy of the winners photo ID or Driver's license along with a statement from winner, giving them permission to pick up prize won.
